From inquiry to approved custom order

Describe your project

Use Design and Quote to draw a profile and send it for no-payment human review. If CAD is difficult to use, open Request a Quote Without CAD to send a written description and, if helpful, a sketch, drawing or photo. Include your dimensions, bends, finished lengths, quantities, colour and any notes.

Human review and CAD drawing

We review suitability, material availability and the requested specifications. A hand-drawn-only profile stays on hold for human review and a custom quote. We redraw the profile in CAD and identify the exact drawing revision. A sketch alone cannot go to purchase.

Check the quote and sign off

We present the final drawing revision, bend and segment dimensions, finished lengths, quantities, colour-facing side, finish, price, timing, pickup or delivery scope and applicable terms. You must explicitly approve these details before a custom order is accepted. An inquiry or draft is not approval.

Payment and fabrication

Online payment is not available yet. CAD and written requests are unpaid and go to human review. If the design is fabricable, we will agree on the drawing, price, fulfillment and terms with you before any payment or fabrication.

Inspect the finished pieces

Check for visible damage, shortages and obvious specification issues at pickup or delivery and report them promptly. We take responsibility for our own measuring, transcription, fabrication and quality-control errors against the approved specification. If customer-approved dimensions, lengths or colours were wrong, a correction may require a new paid order. Applicable legal rights remain.
