What should I include in a custom aluminum inquiry?
Include a cross-section drawing where possible, each segment dimension and bend angle, finished lengths, quantities and colour or finish preferences. Add the project location and preferred timing. Tell us which measurements still need confirmation.
Can I start with a hand-drawn sketch?
Yes. A sketch is a starting point for human review, not an approved manufacturing drawing or permission to purchase. A team member must redraw and quote the profile, then obtain your approval before payment. Use Request a Quote Without CAD to send a written request or optional sketch.
Can I design and order online now?
The Design and Quote CAD is available for a no-payment human review request. Online payment is not yet available. You can also describe a project through the Contact page.
Can photographs replace measurements?
Photos help explain a setting, but they do not establish exact dimensions or hidden conditions. The final profile and finished lengths must be confirmed before manufacture.
What colours and sizes are available?
Colours, reverse-face finishes, thicknesses and lengths depend on suitable material and the proposed shape. Availability is confirmed during review.
Do you offer measuring, installation or delivery?
Ask about availability for your location and project. These services require a separately confirmed scope, schedule and price; they are not included automatically with a material inquiry.
How do approvals and payment work?
The exact drawing revision, dimensions, lengths, quantity, finish, price and terms must be approved before a custom order is accepted. Online payment is currently unavailable while we test the Square connection. We will provide confirmed payment instructions only after approving the drawing and quote with you.
What if a finished piece is wrong or damaged?
Please inspect pieces at pickup or delivery and report visible damage or shortages promptly. We take responsibility for our own measurement, transcription, fabrication and quality-control errors against the approved specifications. Customer-approved incorrect measurements, lengths or colours can require a new paid order. Applicable legal rights remain.
